CURT has increased towing and tongue weight carrying capacities of our CD hitches. CD+ hitches have even higher capacity ratings. CURT Manufacturing focuses on being first-to-market with our new custom fit hitch designs. CURT's high-quality carbide powder coat finish is applied after sending welded hitches through multiple stages, including a shot blast, wash and preparation system creating a clean surface. Each hitch is also dipped in liquid A-coat before it receives the powder coat finish. The two coatings cure together in the finishing oven providing the most rust and chip resistant hitch available. CD CURT hitches come with strong, grade 8 mounting hardware and easy to follow installation instructions. CD and CD+ hitches have a 2 1/2” receiver tube opening, and rate up to 20,000 lbs. gross trailer weight (GTW) and 2,700 lbs. tongue weight (TW).
